Hygge Holistic Massage

After suffering a recent back injury, I finally decided to seek help — and I’m so glad I did. As a tradesman, my body takes a heavy toll. I’m also pretty stubborn, and I had never seen a professional massage therapist before, so I was a little uncomfortable with the idea. Through my professional network, I kept hearing the BEST stories about Liz at Hygge Massage, so I decided to reach out. She got me booked quickly, listened carefully to the details of my injury, and was honest about how she could help. Her office is inviting, and the massage room was very clean and comfortable. The one-hour massage was an excellent experience. Somehow, she managed to break down my resistance — I’m officially converted. I’m already adjusting my budget to make regular massage part of my basic maintenance.

Such a wonderful first time experience here. Easy parking, peaceful setting, warm and comfy room and table. Now to the most important part: Liz was very talented and not only listened well but provided a deeply productive massage while also making it enjoyable and relaxing. Very happy with my first visit and I will return. Excellent find.

I’ve been seeing Liz for a few years to treat neck/back pain, headaches and sciatica. She gives a very thorough but focused massage and checks in to make sure I’m not experiencing too much discomfort or if I can handle more pressure. At the same time, her movements are so fluid I find I will drift in and out of sleep so I leave feeling totally relaxed and rejuvenated.

Liz is incredible!! I went to her for the first time yesterday, and the massage was hands down the best one I’ve ever received. Her hands are magic. She is strong and skilled and knew exactly what my body needed. I have health issues, and she was so thorough and caring. She kept checking to make sure I was ok and if I needed anything different, etc. I have a second massage booked in two weeks. I highly recommend her. She is masterful at what she does. Also her salon was so clean and calming. I immediately walked in and felt calm and relaxed.
