Old nail polish or lamp. Had to go back three times for them just to change the color altogether because they refused to accept the fact that something was wrong. The polish wouldn’t dry underneath. Then the staff tried to “caution” me to delete my pictures, but certainly didn’t offer an apology. There are better places with better customer service.

I went on a Sunday morning and although it was busy, they were quick to find a seat for me. Chloe did an amazing job on my gel-x manicure and made sure to check in with me throughout the process to make sure it’s what I wanted. My natural nails are pretty thin and sensitive so I was extremely grateful for how gentle she was while using the electric file.

I got my nails done here for Valentine’s Day the other day, and if you can I say go anywhere else. I don’t know if it was just the nail tech I got because I was a walk in but she definitely did not add to the experience. She barely communicated and when I asked her to thicken the white tips on my french nails POLITELY, she somehow made them thinner than before. I felt bad saying anything because she seemed shy already and would not speak up when talked to even though I emphasized I couldn’t hear her. My boyfriend ended up paying $71 for nails I didn’t even really want and a chipped thumbnail after like 2 days of having them on.

Highly recommend Mary for pedicure and Mimi for nails! My design for my nails was $91 for a fill in and my pedicure with gel was $51. It was definitely worth the price and the customer service was amazing! Will definitely come back if I am in the area again.
