PT Nails & Spa

Everytime I tried to say what I wanted done I was met with not done yet. I even showed pictures. I paid 122 for terrible nails. My toes are perfect however this is the ugliest manicure I have ever gotten. The regulars were happy. New customers heed the warning. I like to say what I want done before it is started. To be clear it is understood. I have uploaded my new photos from foxys. They got me together after pts nails messed me up and told me they could not do flowers. I did say I wanted the thumbs shorter and I always get them shorter. Pictures on the left are from its. Last two pictures are from foxys. The nice reviews on here are definitely regulars. This is the first salon I ever had a problems at. It is the first one I ever reviewed badly.

We're extremely disappointed with the service. My wife's phone calls to make appointments were met with hang-ups after being told they're booked solid. The lack of alternative solutions is unacceptable. We previously visited due to the location, but the subpar service has driven us to find a more customer-centric option.

Well I’m impressed. I didn’t have an appointment (whoops) and I did have to wait a bit but that is all on me. What a GREAT job Paul did on my toes! They were very dry and my heels were a wreck! Even though they were busy they did such a good job and made me feel like I got an amazing pedicure! I will be back for sure and I will be making an appointment. I did notice some people who came in with appointments and they did have to wait a bit but that has been my experience with every nail place I have been to (even high end ones in Chicago and Scottsdale). It is just the nature of the business. Very friendly and kind people and I will be back!

Every time I go to PT they do the best designs on my nails. I’m always happy with how it looks by the time I leave.

So tired of how unpredictable the male owner is! I’m older and he is so Rude to me on the phone, that after having my family get acquainted there and using them, I’ll need to say good by due to this man not ever treating me right. I get almost 90.00 treatments each time plus I always tip 20%… it’s close and handy but it’s a luxury and needs to feel like a luxury! That bull dog has bitten me for the last time! Other employees there are nice/ his wife is / however I resent paying money to an owner like he can be! It’s not my husbands review as written above! It’s me … Judi 😖
