Honestly disappointed. There’s only one technician in there who does acrylic well. Today, the paint job was awful, she (a different tech) rushed it because they started getting busy. acrylic application was poor and rushed. don’t bother getting a design or french tip of any kind… it only looks decent from far away. horrendous up close. and they’re supposed to do a stamp/coupon thing. she rushed getting me out of there and forgot that too. i usually would go here but not anymore. i went home to literally take the polish off and do it myself! giving 2 stars instead of one because typically the service isn’t so bad and she cut my cuticles.

The pedicure was fine. But the man doing my nails DESTROYED my nails. He attempted to take off my dip powder without filing them first and then soaking them in acetone. He took several layers off my nails and bruised each nail deeply by using the filing tool. I told him how much pain he was causing over and over. It was burning hot. These photos are taken five days after the manicure and they are still completely beaten up. Look at how badly bloodied the cuticle part of each finger is. I don’t know how he has a cosmetology license. One of my nails is infected and the manicure will take several months to fully recover from.

I am so upset with myself for going back. I’ve had different people in the past that were ok at this location but the past few times I kept getting the same guy who rushed through everything. Barely scrubbed my feet, I could still see my dry cuticles and when he was brushing my nails he didn’t even touch them.. He literally brushed the air that’s how careless he was. Every time I picked gel application just to save time and avoid peeling. Please see pictures, this is supposed to be a fresh pedicure from today. Do not waste your time and money. Update: I went back the next day and they immediately fixed it but this time I asked for a woman and she was extremely nice and did a great job at fixing both sides. Thank you.

I feel bad leaving a bad review but a lot went wrong and I am frustrated. i understand they were super busy so I’m really hoping this was just an off day, but I don’t want to go back so this is it. I’m torn because I had a fine experience but my partner had a terrible one. My partner and I went to get gel manicures and they were able to fit us in same-day, which was very nice of them. They were super polite and prompt and I didn’t experience a long wait even though they were busy! THE BAD: They painted my partner’s nails the wrong color and didn’t listen when she told them. My partner’s nails also have different color chips in them from old nail polish on the manicurist’s hands. The UV curer they had us put our hands into was so dirty, you could feel it when you put your hands in. My

Great service, through massage and I love the outcome. Wasn't prepared for the price, $50 for mani pedi not too bad but also not cheap. My feet bled a tiny bit but my feet were also a wreck. Overall okay experience but wouldn't go back due to price and the way they grinded off some of my foot!
