I ordered a bundle deal WITH expedited shipping for babyliss clippers/trimmers upon adding to cart it said the base, cord and battery was included as a special on their website, once I received the order i did not get the base, cord and battery therefore the clippers/trimmers are useless. I called immediately and voiced i had not gotten my other stuff and i needed it ASAP for a last minute class i signed up for on the following monday (hence expedited shipping) they called me back almost immediately and said they would ship the remaining part of my order no charge expedited to get it before my class on monday. update: my remaining part of my order was not shipped out as an overnighted package therefore I did not get to use the clippers for my class. Heard of this spot from a co-worker and once I got here I immediately loved it! Small store front but large warehouse! The machines were like 20% or more off retail price compared to any other barber supply store/van. Register your barber license prior to coming and make it over to this beautiful barber supply boutique! LOVED IT!!!
