Prosper Salon + Spa

Overall had a great experience utilizing Prosper Salon for hair and makeup for my wedding day! Erika did an amazing job on hair for myself and the other ladies. She was communicative and truly made sure we were on the same page with my desired style. Ondrea was an amazing makeup artist! She really made me feel comfortable in the chair (when I typically don’t do much makeup of my own) and I felt so beautiful all evening thanks to her. I will say I did find it quite difficult to communicate with Erika about details prior to the wedding day. Emails and texts (just trying to get pricing info and clarifying the appointment timeframe and number of people needing services) were typically left unanswered. Calling the salon and asking for her was eventually more effective. Overall it was a great

Love this place. Erika, the owner, is so nice. The employees seem happy to work there. They're super flexible and accommodating. I've reached out on FB messenger and the response time is amazing. Great customer service and I hope it never loses its charm!
