I had my first appointment with Stefanie today and it was exceptional! I have had regular massages in the past but scheduled with Stephanie after she was recommended for her experience with body awareness, alignment and pain relief. It was by far the best massage I have ever had and with the addition of gentle guided movements, breath work, and stretches, I left feeling better than I have in months. Stefanie's passion for this type of work and true desire to help others was evident from the moment I walked into her cozy and comfortable space. I am looking forward to my next appointment!

I had my first appointment with Stephanie yesterday. I was having issues with what I thought was my back. I couldn’t bend over or sit without having excruciating pain. After explaining my pain Stephanie got right to work finding the solution. We found that it was actually my hips were out of place and pinched nerves in my glutes! I would’ve never figured that out. She showed me many at home exercises to help and made me feel super comfortable. Today I am able to bend at the waste and sit without any discomfort! To many more to come! I had my first appointment a few weeks ago and I was impressed. I highly recommend anyone who’s been dealing with chronic pain and doesn’t feel like anyone listens to see her. Stephanie is amazing! She really listens, takes her time, and makes sure you feel heard and cared for. The space is warm and homey — super comfortable and relaxing. You can tell she truly cares about her clients. Highly recommend!!

Stephanie is amazing. I was impressed when she started explaining the issues I had with my hips. I work remote and I can be sitting for 12 hours and she was patient enough to help me understand why I felt certain pains and provide guidance on sleeping posture and stretches that I can benefit from.
