I’ve been going to Sasha for years for multiple services at her previous location, so when I found out she had left, I was honestly heartbroken. To my surprise and relief, I was able to find her at her new location and just had my first laser hair removal session with her, and it reminded me exactly why I trust her so much. Sasha is incredibly fast, knowledgeable, and straight to the point. No fluff, no BS, just real education and real results. She explains everything thoroughly, sets honest expectations, and takes the time to educate you about services you didn’t even know were options. The results I’ve had with her have been the best I’ve ever experienced. I will continue to refer my friends to Sasha no matter where she works, but I am so happy she is at this new location, even though

Sasha was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, but also very easy to talk to, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and comfortable. She walked me through the best options for my needs. I went for laser hair removal and the lady I saw was alright. Just whatever. Then I had an appt with her which she missed. The store was closed, no one picked up, I couldn’t reach them. They completely ignored my appt. They want you to confirm and honor your appt, but they didn’t honor the time on their part. I find that hypocritical. But later on, they apologized and said they will add an extra session for me. I switched to Cate. She was much friendlier and informative. I really appreciated my appts with her. However, they never honored the extra appt they promised. Overall, the experience here at Fairfax was below average. Cate was good, but everything else was not great. Won’t return or recommend.

I absolutely love this medical spa! The team is so professional, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Every visit is such a great experience, and I always leave feeling refreshed and confident. My skin has never looked or felt better—glowing, smooth, and healthy. They truly take the time to understand my concerns and recommend the right treatments for me. I can’t imagine going anywhere else!
