Pam is the absolute best! I am extremely picky about my eyebrows and after trying many salons in the city, I only trust Pam with my eyebrows. She is attentive to detail, careful, painless, and does an absolutely amazing job every single time. Pam is great! She's kind and very attentive. She's the only person I trust to thread my eyebrows - perfect shape every time! She's also extremely gentle and thorough for all sugaring and waxing.

Very unprofessional. Super cold. Charged me more than was on the board, asking very weird questions about my hair, asked what I was “doing in this neighborhood” and when I said “breakfast” she said “where? At the deli?”. Very rude throughout the service and became kinder when it was time for payment. Asked “how much of a tip I was leaving” and when I said “no tip” she got upset. Do NOT go here!!!
