1/5 Stars: Unacceptable Managerial Conduct Overshadows Staff Skill - Professional Hair and Nail ​I recently booked a simple eyebrow appointment at Professional Hair and Nail expecting a professional, relaxing service. The technical skill of the staff member who did my eyebrows was [e.g., satisfactory/excellent], but the entire experience was completely compromised by the shocking and deeply unprofessional conduct of Manager Brianna. ​PROFOUND LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM (Manager Brianna) ​The issues I experienced go far beyond minor disorganization: ​Misuse of Business Premises for Personal Gain: Upon arrival, specifically at 8:30 PM, I found Manager Brianna actively using the salon's main floor to conduct a private activity (ballroom dancing lessons) well after standard business hours. Horrible place to get yourself pampered. It smells, looks unsatinized and outdated. The manager Briana, keeps her 2 small dogs mingling around in the business likes if it's a backyard, not concerned if customers could be allergic to dogs. The first time I got a pedicure done w shellac (which you pay extra) only for my polish to come out looking different on one foot to the other, (one dark brown and other darkest red) let owner/manager (Briana) know about it but she brushed off. I didn't make a big deal since it was a dark tone. I got a "facial" for $75 with was more a facial-creams-massage type of thing, there was no extraction, no steam, no warm towels, face cleaning or no micro-dermabretion. If i didnt ask her to place a towel on my chest/neck to protect my clothing she would omitt it.

Got a simple shellac set, not the best experience but not the worst. I suggest go to someone else for anything beyond a mani or pedi

Briana is so amazing! I love this place and this is the only place I will get my son’s hair cut and my nails done ! She is truly loving and caring and my experience here has always been more than 5 stars ! I love the atmosphere and the customer service ! Thank you Briana for always making every visit better than the last ! You’re definitely family here ! 🥰

I am so glad I decided to go in. The service I received today from Briana was incredible. She is very attentive and knows what she talking about . Sweetest stylist I ever met. She did exactly what I asked for . I will definitely recommend Professional nail and hair. 🥰 price was budget friendly (pedi, haircut, root touch , highlights, style and eyebrows )
