I debated posting this bad review, but since my nails didn’t last even 24 hours, I decided it needed to be done. I posted a bad review before which, summed up, basically said they were pushy on upselling, tried to do a service on me that I didn’t ask for and then say that I did ask for it, and then they charged me for a pedicure service I didn’t receive. My friend goes here and loves it. Tammy and the other women here asked my friend to bring me back so they could make my experience better. I reluctantly agreed. When I got there, everyone was very nice and obviously knew who I was and that I had left a bad review. Nancy did my nails at Professional Nail and Spa on (Madeira Road) in Simi Valley, California. She was so nice to me and the staff was very nice to me... I gave them a five-star because Nancy did an excellent job on my nails.. I will be going there from now on to get my nails and feet done. Thank you professional nails and spa! Thank you Nancy! I’ve been coming here for a year, I get a gel manicure every time and after my most recent manicure I’ll never come back. She RUINED my natural nails, drilling off the old gel like they were acrylics. She burnt me several times with the drill making my nail so thin I could feel it burning. I finally told her no more drilling and then she got out a regular nail file and keep sanding my nail beds down!! Being lazy and not wanting to soak and scrape them she made my nails so thin I told her I didn’t want to get gel now because it was going to BURN under that light. She still tried to talk me into it, I refused and she then painted my nails with regular polish and I told her I didn’t like it, they looked awful. She said nothing and handed me the bill. This review is for Tammy! I needed a full set in a rush and my salon wasn’t answering their phone so I decided to give this place a try. They got me in right away and I lucked out getting Tammy! She did an amazing job. She did just what I asked for and she made sure to clarify everything before she did it. I read the other reviews on here and I think maybe sometimes there might be a language barrier. It would be helpful to always clarify and always pay attention before they start and if you don’t like something then definitely tell them. Everyone else was super friendly and they all told me to have a great time at the wedding. Tammy is my new nail girl! Thank you all!

Took my girl for Valentine's Day to get a mani-pedi for both of us. Service was a 10 out of 10 and the girls are very polite. Good prices too
