Don’t waste your time, it’s nice to have a cool looking fancy building- but the haircut should obviously be your priority. I made an appointment here after this barbershop came highly recommended, and the reviews reflected (not sure how). I arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment when I believe I saw my barber walking out and was told he would be back in 10 minutes- no problem. After waiting almost 20 minutes (which, again, I didn’t mind because the place was super nice and everyone inside was super friendly) I received a call from a random number. It was the barber who was supposed to cut my hair and who I never met said he could not be there for another hour and a half!!! BUT, a different barber could be free in an HOUR. As always a 1st Class experience. The new salon looks amazing and the service is amazing too. Worth the 20 minute T ride to the Airport stop from Downtown to get such a great haircut. Definitely will keep coming back.

It was an amazing experience. They offered complementary water and coffee. The barbers have a lot of years of experience and are very professional. The barbershop is very new and looks better than any barber shop i’ve seen.

Went here about a month ago for my first haircut with a barber in years. He did exactly what I wanted and did a great job talking me through some of his ideas and I walked away feeling great. Included a rinse and shampoo too. Recommended!

My boyfriend loves his haircut but has had trouble finding a barber in the area. He was excited to try this place. He came home with no haircut and I could not believe what he told me. Essentially he received a call from the barber WHILE HE WAS IN THE BARBERSHOP to cancel his appointment. See his review for more details (11/20). Unprofessional and disappointing.
