Cesar is the absolute best! I have been coming to him since 2021 and each time I am in love with the results! I love having lots of layers but retaining my length and he always listens and gets it right. His haircuts get better with time, people always compliment me months after the haircut asking if I just got a fresh cut, they are always shocked when I say it has been months since I cut it. Cesar is skilled, with many many years of experience so he has perfected his craft. I get layers and a blow dry and I’m always out of there in less than an hour. Cesar will never disappoint you! Sammy does a great job with blonde highlights or regular color (I alternate). He is very skilled, does a great blow dry too. He is kind and hospitable, always offers me coffee and or a bottle of water. He does the blonde highlights well, the color is not brassy/yellow. He takes his time to make sure it’s toned and perfect. I get compliments on my hair, especially Sammy’s blonde highlights. I recommend Sammy! You will not be disappointed.
