Eliza did my hair for a wedding, such a sweet gal! I’m from out of town and really appreciated their walk-in service. You just come in, put your name down, and you’re good to go. I’m all ready!

This Procuts location is not organized or truthful. My first visit, I asked how long the wait was, they said 45 minutes. I placed my name and gave my phone number. I returned after 45 minutes and waited another 30 minutes. I asked at the front desk and they said I was next. I told them that I would wait, but had another appointment in 30 minutes. They said no problem. Waited 15 more minutes to only have someone else (who may have placed their name in before mine) come in and they took him next. Frustrated, I left. Now today, I tried again. Same thing happened, so I ended up leaving again. What a waste of time. If you have a lot to time to waste and don't mind being lied to, this place is for you.... good luck.

Long wait, then you take your chances. Went to the Orleans shop for several years. If you're not fussy most of the time you will get a decent cut. But my last one was so bad, and seemingly on purpose, I will never go back. After asking me how I wanted it, (I had cuts from this same person several times), I said, "I trust you, you're the artist. Jokes on me. Gave me a fast as lightning cut same length on top, uneven across the back, and left me with hair that had to grow out to look normal again. I wore a baseball cap to hide it the last month.

Tired of the “ i dont want to do my job” business moto- haircuts are hit or miss… very average- been politely dealing with that for years… last straw was on a Sunday- arrived at 4:11- to be told … “nooo were not taking anyone, we close at 5” NOT ACCORDING TO YOUR SIGNAGE!!! Again dissatisfaction

I have a simple cut to begin with . I was his first customer of the day. Only one customer waiting so no need to rush. He spent about 5 minutes on my hair, and it showed. Uneven cut, no attention to detail, no cleaning up edges. Charged full price of course. Tipped him anyway but it was not deserved.
