I never write reviews- had to google how to do it because that’s how strongly I feel about this place. I got a dip manicure- the lady didn’t do any work to my cuticles or nail bed, just started dipping my fingers in powder the minute I sat down. I walked a way with ripped up cuticles and a hack job excuse of a manicure I’ve ever seen. I asked for them to go back in and help me fix some of the issues and now I am gushing blood 10 minutes post appointment from one of my nails.

I would highly recommend Epic Nail! They took me and my mom right away with no wait. The team was patient and slow with their massages. We thought we wanted to try liquid gel but the staff was kind enough to nudge us in a different direction given maintenance and how expensive it was. I really appreciated it because I keep my nails short and I wouldn’t have liked it. The space was very clean and I left feeling extremely relaxed and refreshed. I got the green tea pedicure and my feet still feel moisturized the day after!

Worst service I’ve received. We have frequented this business for years but after my last encounter, never again. Had to abruptly run outside for an urgent situation in the middle of my manicure. Upon return, the technician was nowhere to be found. I waited for several minutes at the station I was at and told the technician across the way I guess my treatment was done. No clean up, no massage as usual… nothing. When he found her, she angrily asked if I wanted polish. I said no and before I could ask for her to finish she told me, “you’re done”. I left with dirty unbuffed nails. Then I got a nasty look when no tip was left for obvious reasons. So yes… I’m done.

I don’t usually write negative reviews, but this manicure left my nails a wreck. Went in for a gel manicure, they use a drill to remove the old gel which apparently also wears down the real nail underneath, now my nails are incredibly fragile and continue to split several weeks later . The pedicure looks like something my child could have done and they did almost nothing to remove cuticles or shape nails well. So disappointing.

This was quite possibly one of the least relaxing experiences I have ever had. It was a treat to myself during a tough time. I was rushed the entire time, and the pedicure was sub par at best. She started the pedicure on my right foot the second I sat down before it ever even went in the water. Awful experience all around. So much so that I am leaving this review from my car in the parking lot.
