Pro Stylist

Upon arrival, I attempted to enter Pro Cuts but encountered a confusing situation with the doors. I was actually going to restaurant next door. Unbeknownst to me, I had entered a different establishment, and a woman seated inside gave me a perplexed look. After exiting and re-entering to clarify, I approached her and inquired about her reaction. She claimed to be the owner and stated that I had entered her business without greeting or announcing myself. I should apologize . I find it interesting that typically, businesses greet their customers upon entry, and I believe her response was unwarranted and unprofessional, similar to how Julia Roberts was treated in the movie Pretty Woman. I hope this incident does not reflect the usual standard of service in her establishment. Horrible Customer

Great and very fast service! I came in with 2 years of hair grown and got it all off. I got a short low fade and also got the shampoo. Everything was great, and the hair stylist was gentle and professional. She even gave me a good tip on some good banh mi in the area! Will definitely be my go to hair place while I live around here. :D

Jessica has been my stylist for over 20yrs. She's great! She has always asked how I want my hair even though I almost always have said you know what I like. Joann has also done my hair multiple times and I've never been disappointed.

I have been coming here for 2 years. Joanne definitely knows what she is doing she has been doing this for 14 years, she gets me in and out in no time. Such a great person. Jessica is always sweet too and she has 30 years plus experience. They are a family place they do kids men and womens hair. Also do skin care ..and I have some insider information.. .Keratin therapy coming soon..Im so excited..
