I almost never post reviews, but this is something I felt I had to share. I’ve been coming to this salon for gel pedicures for a while and have generally been happy with that service, which is why I decided to book a hard/builder gel manicure this time. Unfortunately, this experience completely changed my view of this place. The nail tech herself was nice, but the final result didn’t look as polished as I expected. The builder gel ended up looking bulkier than it should, which was disappointing given the cost. Builder gel was $85, which I wasn’t aware of beforehand since I didn’t check the website. I also had a 10% coupon, which I clearly mentioned at checkout. I was told it was applied and “in the system,” so I assumed the price I was quoted reflected that discount. It did not. On top

I highly recommend this salon! Very professional and clean. They did exactly what I asked for (French tips with gel polish) and actually cut my cuticles, filed my nails, and prepped them properly before starting the tips. Emily took her time and paid attention to the details. They made sure I was accommodated the whole time and sent me off in a great mood along with beautiful nails. If you would like to be pampered and get the nails you request I highly recommend them.

I had a great manicure by Kevin. I had. Several broken nails I was hoping to save. I left feeling neat and refreshed. Kevin pays such careful attention to detail and took his time like he was working on a masterpiece. This is definitely my new nail salon.

I don’t usually post reviews like this but I walked out of here regretting it - it is definitely clean, but there is a cold vibe but more importantly: my manicurist almost cut me repeatedly and when I pointed that out she and the manicurist next to her laughed, the nail polish bottle was almost empty so the polish on my nails was streaky & light and I had to ask several times for them to open a new bottle (she pushed me to choose a new color instead, which I didn’t want), they tried to push me to use the more expensive polishes and it was all overpriced. I asked for rounded edges but all week after I got this manicure I was noticing the sharp square edges on a few nails. I would definitely not come back here, there are so many better options.
