Pro Nails

I should have known from the polish selection that this was not going to be a good experience, but we decided to give them a try. Very unclean (mold and dust covered the stations, and the floors look like they haven't mopped in ages), old polish (so thick it didn't even drip off the brush applicator), and the quality was horrible (this looks like something a child did). This is a gel manicure. Never again.

I have been going to this nail salon for over 10 years. Thuy does a fantastic job on my pedicures and eyebrows. She is so kind and friendly and has become my friend. Her sister in law does my full sets (when I get them) and they are always beautiful, especially when I get the Gel Nails. They have NEVER been unpleasant or unkind in my presence. I have witnessed customers over the years being difficult but the workers have always remained professional.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. This place is unprofessional, unkept, and overall incompetent. My nails came off as soon as the manicurist was finished, and they REFUSED to give me my money back. They were rude and wouldn’t cooperate with me knowing that THEY did not do a good application. It wasn’t a situation where I did or did not like my nails, they were just applied in such a POOR manner that they didn’t last TWO minutes after they were finished. Save your money and go somewhere else; I should’ve looked at the reviews before coming here.

By far the WORSE nail salon I have ever been to. I went in for a fill in and she rushed my nails, she was done with everything in 30 mins or less. I asked her to slow down and she wouldn’t. The paint job was HORRIBLE. My nails looked like a 2 year old kid painted them. Please do not visit this salon. Worse experience ever. I walked out and did not pay. These pictures are my nails one day later. I’m going to another salon today to get them fixed. These people suck.

Just had a gel pedi, job was very rushed and she did not push back the cuticles or trim around the nails. Worst part was when she finished she rinsed off the towels she used for my legs, folded them and put back in the warmer. It had been a while since I was here, but never again!!
