Absolutely the worst nail experience we’ve ever had. If you want nails that look like a child did them with their non-dominant hand, this is your place. My wife asked for a simple, standard set and got something completely different—lumpy, uneven, and not even the same length. She walked out embarrassed and in tears. We paid $50 for work that didn’t even last 30 minutes. Before she made it home, the nails were already chipping. That’s not a “minor issue,” that’s a total failure of basic craftsmanship. There’s a reason the shop was completely empty. When we came back the next day asking for a refund, the manager turned argumentative and insisted on fixing them himself. No accountability. I’ve been getting my full set acrylics, or full set gel nails, refills, and gel polish done here for a while now, and they always do an amazing job. I also get pedicures and spa treatments with matching gel polish for my toes; everything always looks beautiful and lasts a long time. The salon is clean, relaxing, and has such a peaceful vibe. After a spontaneous day out with my daughter we decided to get our nails done here. When we walked in we were greeted with the best attitudes. As we set down they offered us bottles of water and we even had the best laughs. This being our first time here that was a plus!! We felt like we had known them and been coming here for awhile. Very disappointed with my experience at this nail salon. Staff seemed rushed and not very attentive. The quality of the work didn’t meet my expectations!! After I politely explained that I didn’t like how my nails turned out and that I was willing to pay for a soak off instead, the nail tech rudely started cutting off my nails without saying a word. It felt aggressive and unprofessional. I came in expecting a relaxing service, but instead left feeling disrespected and uncomfortable. Definitely won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this place to others.
