My favourite nail salon in closter: All- great service- Staff is very kind and professional. Alba, Lucy and Katie always go above and beyond for their clients!! I have been going to Jessica for over two years now, she is an excellent nail technician. Jessica is very nice and very professional.

I went to this salon about 2 weeks ago for a Uv gel manicure. This was the first time I have ever been to this salon but it came highly recommended. They ended up doing a different type of manicure which costed 120 dollars without telling me prior. I was a little upset but I got the service and was assure that these nails are much better and stronger than what I usually get for 70. This was a fresh set after letting my real nails breath for a couple of months. With in a week and a half 3 nails popped off and now 2 weeks later 6 of them are gone. I’ve been getting my nails done for years and have NEVER had this happen with a fresh set or even a fill. I’m am extremely upset and will not be returning. I wanted to leave a review to warn other people of the poor practices at this salon.

The pedicurist' service was unprofessional, unapologetic, super rude and at the end of the day I am still a paying customer. Just because I'm not your "Tuesday 2pm" should not diminish the value of my dollar and paid experience. Back Story: I have been going to Pro Nails Plus since they were just "Nails Plus" in their original location near the Closter Cinema (circa 2002). It has gone through different management, but some of the techs are O.G.'s. Gel manicures are usually on point, but the past year the pedicures have been lacking, but I continued to give them my business out of loyalty. However it pangs me to leave this review.... I feel it is my civic duty to do so. Most of my closest friends have never seen me cry... yet after my last visit, I had tears welling up in my eyes.
