Massage Envy

The Closter location of Massage Envy is amazing! Every time I’ve gone, the front desk staff is pleasant and attentive. It is very tidy and the waiting room and massage rooms are very peaceful. I usually don’t see other people there which gives a very private and luxurious vibe. I was able to make a same day appointment which was so convenient. My past 2 massages were with Mercedes and I can’t recommend her enough. She asked questions about my preferences and if there were specific areas I wanted to focus on and she did exactly what I asked for. She pinpointed my tense areas and worked on them thoroughly but with the perfect balance of pressure/firmness but gently enough not to be painful. Been seeing Liz for several years. She gives an excellent facial and is very knowledgeable about the products. Everything I’ve purchased has been a great addition to my skin care routine. My skin has improved a lot.

I've been coming to ME Closter for over 10 years (and doing massage therapy a lot longer than that!) and I'm pretty picky about which massage therapist I see. Joanna is always one of my top choices. Not only does her massage style match what I want and expect from a session, she's adaptive and attentive throughout; plus, she's a delight to talk to, or let's me just be on those days when I just need to zone out. I highly recommend Joanna!

I booked an appointment for my step mother as a birthday gift but when I called to set up the appointment the young lady who attended me was very disrespectful, dismissive, and had a terrible attitude. She lacked customer service skills in every aspect imaginable and she treated me as if I shouldn’t even have the right to book an appointment. I am so sorry for wasting your time and being an inconvenience! I get it, sometimes we have bad days at work but to take it out on paying customers is just completely unnecessary. When I went in person to take my step mother to get her massage the same young lady who attended me on the phone was there in person as well with the same attitude and “mean girl”energy. I don’t want to say her full name online because that’s unnecessary but her name started

I have booked an hour session with an intention of getting a membership and have a therapist and place to go to in the area . I have been getting massage my whole life but this was definitely not well spent 154$ ! Session is shorter than an hour , even w specifying areas of concern therapist didn’t give any attention to it . They cover ur legs almost fully and rub oil in just partially. Not touching major muscles at all. Room is very dark and without asking they lower the light to complete darkness with some elevator music going on. After I was done the first thing I was asked is gratuity not once but twice . Again I’m used to paying for services but this was not worth my time or &
