Pro Nails

I don’t like this place. $141 for my nails and feet and the look of them looks like an amateur did them. They charged $10 to remove no chip, charged $5 to shape and my shaping looks horrible, charged an extra $20 for no chip but are selfish when it comes to the polish. I can still see through the color. My nails are uneven and bulky looking. The polish wasn’t cleaned up around my toes. They are horrible unfortunately and this was my first time coming. First impressions are everything and I genuinely feel like they gave me trash service on purpose. The good thing is I write reviews and want to save someone the disappointment.

Got my nails done by Crystal a few times. She is amazing! I love her attention to details and patience. She’s so good and such a sweetheart!! I really love her work! Definitely will be going back! She is my new nail tech!!!

So much fun and just in time !!! I must say I really enjoyed my visit here and loved the quick service & atmosphere. This is a very clean, quiet and easy going place. I came into their salon last minute needing to get some special colors for my nails and to get a pedicure for a wedding I’m going to tomorrow and not only did they fit me in immediately after understanding my situation. Everyone was so kind and welcoming to S’ymone and I on top of doing a phenomenal job on my stiletto combo that I’m instantly obsessed with getting my nails 💅🏾 done again as it has been over 6 years since I’ve had an acrylic set and the way the gentleman shaped and fitted my nails was just mind boggling. As for the lady who did my pedicure after, she was so precise and intentional seeing what services I need

Went to this nail salon 2 weeks ago and it was a complete waste of money. As you can see from the pictures all but 3 nails have completely popped off. I don’t know if the products they’re using are cheap or watered down. But after a few days all of the acrylic and nails started to lift. Then one by one the nails started falling off. After reading the reviews I thought this would be a great experience. It was not I wish I could get all my money back.

I used to come here years ago and when I moved needed to find elsewhere...now that I moved back in the area I'm so happy I finally came back to pro nails. 1 they treat you like family and all are very nice and friendly 2 fair prices. Crystal slayed at my nails. Literally a gem. I love her. She takes her time and knows so much about nails that she got my shape and length exactly how I wanted and I'm very picky on who can do my nails these days. I will definetly be coming back as I can't cheat ;-) great atmosphere tim and crystal are awesome.
