Pro Nails

The woman that did nails was so aggressive and not only made my finger bleed once but twice. She literally made my nails uneven and the French tips wasn’t even up to par. She placed the bow on my nails and tried to fix it but eventually gave up. She kept insisting for me to leave card on the desk with her and for me to cut down my natural nails. I gave her a inspo picture and she completely didn’t even try to do it. The full set was $55 but the pain wasn’t worth it.

Worst experience 2 days ago. I was injured repeatedly with cuticle cutter - had to apply pressure in the salon to stop bleeding. White tips on toes looked like a 10 year old did them. Sloppy work even with regular polish - no clean up around edges. Visible air bubbles in manicure. Nails were perfect prior to this manicure and now are painful, have been excessively filed and in parts are almost to the skin! It hurts when anything touches them. It’s so bad. The nails are so weak cannot be used for anything. One bent backwards painfully when doing light housework. It’s horrible.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life she quite literally answered the phone saying “what” and then hung up in my face once she finally understood my question. Terrible business.
