Pro Nails

I barely get my nails done let alone designs, but I decided last minute to treat myself for my husband's holiday party. I was a walk in in the early evening and they took me immediately. My nail technician Simou Wang was wonderful. Quick as perfered but still detailed and caring of the shape/design. AC took over and finished the design and was so pleasant, friendly and just really took the time to make the nails look a little extra special. They mimicked the design I wanted pretty perfectly. All around very good experience. Will be returning! [Pictures dont do it justice]

I don't normally leave reviews, but after seeing all of the negative reviews, I felt like I should leave one. I've gone there 5 times now, and each time I have left happy. I have tried many places in the area, and I feel that these guys are solid. I like that you earn rewards each time you go there and the very first time I went there they mailed a 5 dollar gift card to my house. Some of their designs are expensive, like the cat eye design is a lot more than what others charge, but their prices for a gell fill are lower than other places. My nails usually last 3-4 weeks, and I have always left there happy. If you need a new place, give them a try.

I used to go to Pro Nails all the time until I moved up north. Since I was in the area I stopped in to get my nails done. The came out great! I'm so happy with them. And the price was incredible! They were much cheaper than what I pay up in North Jersey! I'll be coming here whenever I'm in Lacey.

The owner is nice and talked the entire time to me. But the work is upsetting. I called ahead to make sure someone knew how to do stiletto nails. My nails were lumpy and uneven. All my nails were a different length. Then the nail polish was weird and I pointed it out and she said it was okay. When I left I cried and went somewhere else.

After a service i was unhappy with, Betty was so quick to fix it for me. She was super kind and even gave me a “partial” refund (gave me cash back to match the price of the replacement set). However, the staff lacks communication and the prices are insanely expensive. Before this fix from the owner, I would rate this place 1 star.
