I randomly decided to book a massage on a whim after I saw someone on Facebook ask for a recommendation. Ive been dealing with pain and tightness in my back due to an injury on my ankle I sustained last year. When I got to the cute little studio today I felt so cozy & welcomed by Jennifer. She asked me if I’m having any pain or anything I wanted to share. She did a full body massage but put a little more focus on where I was experiencing the tightness. It was amazing!!! The lighting was perfect, the music was relaxing, and it was nice and warm in there. She made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. 1000000/10 I’ll be back!!

Tara @ Forma Massage Arts never disappoints. Everything from the esthetic in her suite, to her delivery with massage work is sure to please- she hits the mark every single time. My last booking was for the “integrated body flow massage” and I can’t speak enough to how awesome this service is. I had a great experience at Forma. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming. Tara was attentive to my needs and focusing on the areas that really needed work. Afterwards I felt refreshed and rejuvenated. I’ll be going back and highly recommend

Tara did an amazing job! She focused on sore spots that have been bothersome for a while. Additionally, she used stretching techniques that helped me feel loads better after the massage. Will definitely be going back!
