Hannah at pro nails absolutely KILLS my nail art every time! The Halloween set she did a couple weeks ago and the set she just did today for my hunting trip! Her first time ever doing camo nails and she killed it! Can’t recommend this place enough ❤️😍

Walked into this nail shop asking for eyebrow services. The response I got was “I don’t want to do eyebrows” followed by “I can’t do it today because I’m so busy.” Let me be clear — the shop was empty. No customers. No wait. Nothing. Turning away a paying customer because you “don’t want to” is not being busy — it’s rude, lazy, and unprofessional. I have never walked into a nail shop and been dismissed like this. The interaction was uncomfortable and honestly felt racially motivated, especially given there was no legitimate reason to refuse service. When a business turns someone away with attitude for no reason at all, people are going to question why. There was zero customer service, zero professionalism, and zero respect. Got my nails done for the first time and they turned out great! I showed the Pinterest picture, picked out the colors I wanted, and they did such a good job matching it. Very impressed! I’ve gotten a pedicure here a few times and they’ve always been great. The prices are really good in my opinion. Can sometimes be a wait with or without appt and sometimes have to come back in a few hours, but they do their best to fit everyone in. Another great manicure today at Pro Nails - red acrylics!

Hannah did my nails today and I was so so happy. I always have issues with people making my nails super thick when applying dip and she did such a good job. I’ve seriously never been happier about my nails

The deluxe spa pedicure is absolutely relaxing with leg massages while you are sitting on a massage chair itself! My pedicure was even better! I didn't know what I wanted and I found a picture I liked online and it turned out BETTER than the photo. I got a French manicure with an accent nail done in gel. 10/10 will always recommend and this is my new go to salon! 😤❤
