Pro Nails and Spa

Very poor service. I was greeted nicely and asked to wait 20 minutes which I had no problem with I was not in a hurry, but while waiting I watched the techs helping multiple people at the same time, which sounds efficient but ultimately is very rude. One tech was giving a pedicure, manicure and taking payments at the same time. The tech that was going to be provide my services stopped the service she was with to ask me my color choice and ended up getting the wrong color. She then finished the service she was with and started mine. I did not say anything about the wrong color because I actually liked the one she grabbed better. She was not paying my service much attention and was constantly looking around and staying distracted by everything around us (they were not that busy at this time)

This was one of the best experiences ive ever had. The lady (i didnt catch her name) was so incredibly sweet. I came in for haloween nails with a reference and she warned me they wouldnt be exsact and i said that was fine. She proceeded to nail them dead on. Not only that but the entire time she was helping me she was helping the other ladys with their work. Super kind and thoughtful even checked in with me several times and bragged about the work she did on my nails to the ladies in the salon. I love when an artist is proud of their work! She even designed the thumb herself since my picture didnt include one.

As usual great job pro nails Danny is awesome! I've been looking for a new spot since I've moved back home in January I've been here on 3 different occasions and they have done a great job each time!! DEFINITELY give them a try😊

Granddaughter loves her nails, will definitely, go back., Loved the environment The workers were so friendly. And the young girl that did my granddaughter's nails was so friendly and did an awesome job.

Honestly they do a much better job than most of the pricier salons in town, no matter which tech you get. Everyone is always sweet and friendly, very clean, and they have a good color selection. 💅
