Pro Nail Spa

I LOVE Mary! She is amazing. After so many bad experiences at other places she does my nails to perfection every time. She is fast, but efficient. She knows I have more sensitive nails and always checks in on me. She truly does beautiful work and is always very kind. I am a hairstylist, so my hands are in water a LOT, but I can go 3-4 weeks in between appointments which is just amazing! I am sooo happy I have finally found her. I highly recommend.

For context, I’ve been going to NailPro regularly for about 7 months and have only ever had services from Mary and her mother (Lucy?). Mary always does my manicure, which is dip powder with nail art and glitter, and her mother typically does my (spa) pedicure. Mary does my brow wax. Mary is the absolute best I’ve found in Purcellville for dip powder. I actually appreciate her efficiency. And even though she’s fast, the quality of her work never suffers. My nails always look amazing and actually last without breaking or lifting. Before finding Mary, I had to get my nails redone every 2 weeks. Now I can go 3-4 weeks between manicures (saving $$) - and that’s really just due to regrowth. I very rarely have any lifting or breaking even after that long. She’s also very kind, doesn’t mind that

I went in for a spa pedicure, when I walked in, I should have turned right around and walked out! The polish stand and polish were filthy dirty and the place had one client. My spa pedicure from start to finish was less than 30 minutes, a normal spa pedicure at any other place is a hour long. She barely filed my nails, it was a joke to watch her cut the dead skin (which didn’t happen as to the joke)

Went for a manicure and pedicure, foot massage was nice, toenail polish was a little lumpy but, i didn't mind. Then we got to the manicure, the older lady was so rushed to get me out the door that the cow print I asked for just ended up looking like scribbles. Also came to $110 after everything. It wasn't even a full set she painted on my real nails. Wouldn't recommend and wouldn't come here again. Very disappointed.

Run…. Away I tried for a quick pedicure today and was so disappointed and upset by the treatment I received. First of all, I’m hearing impaired and read lips, it’s a struggle to communicate with masked employees to begin with but, they did not even try! The only person in the building that offered any assistance was another customer that saw my discomfort after telling the staff I couldn’t hear and read lips. I went ahead for my basic pedi, hoping for the best. It was so terrible I should’ve just gone and rubbed my feet on the concrete. I specifically asked the tech not to cut my toenails, I already had. I only wanted my cuticles cleaned up, my nails filed smooth and the dry skin on the bottom of my feet cleaned up. I had a pedicure 2 weeks ago, so it’s not like I have callouses. No polis
