Hands down the best massage experience I've ever had. Lizzie is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and makes you feel comfortable right away. She does a phenomenal job working out tension and other problem areas as well as tailoring each session to exactly what I need. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing as soon as you walk in. I always leave feeling relaxed and renewed. Every time I have family come into town to visit, I send them to Lizzie and they all rave about her. I highly recommend Lizzie for anyone looking for a new massage therapist.

I have always been nervous about massages and haven’t always enjoyed them. I’ve had some back and neck pain and saw a fb post from Lizzy about her services. I am so glad I took a chance! The room is beautiful and comfortable and Lizzy was perfection. She provided just the amount of pressure I needed and instantly made me feel better. She gave me stretches for during the week and I booked for another! I can’t wait for more healing time with Lizzy.
