Pro Nail

i’ve never left a review before but it’s important people know this. i went here for the first time about 2 weeks ago. the staff was super nice & i loved that. unfortunately the lady doing my nails really messed me up. it’s VERY uncommon for me to get ingrown nails but she gave me FOUR ingrown nails. i will unfortunately be paying to go to the doctor to get one of them removed because it’s really bad. i guess just be careful with who you’re booking with and the staffs level of knowledge.

I would never go back to this place, I was not pleased with the service first and foremost. They didn’t offer me a drink, whether that was coffee, water or something else and they use chemicals in their lotions, even when I told them that I have an allergy to certain chemicals. They still try to put the lotion on anyway.

This was the worst experience I have EVER had in my life! The lady rushed through my service. I asked for short but not all the way down the where my real nails are. She was scissor happy. Did not even cut a little and then ask if that was good. She just went in and cut all down and just kept going. Never once did she ask me if it was okay or looking good. The work was so rushed and she didn’t give once ounce of care to her work. After she was done she just said okay your done. I went to the front to pay where the manger was standing I asked if he was in charge. To which he stated yes. So, I said just to let you know I’m very disappointed in the way these nails look and it was so rushed. Selina did a wonderful job on my nails,And toes! it looked just like the picture. I would definitely return!

I love getting gel toe done here, Amy is the best cut and cleaned cuticle and best foot massage!
