I stopped by Pro-Lux Beauty Supply and had a great experience. The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and really knew their stuff. It’s clear they understand their products and take the time to make sure you find exactly what you need. I also appreciated that the team is bilingual, which made communication super easy and comfortable — whether in English or Spanish, they were patient and knowledgeable every step of the way. It’s a clean, well-organized store with great customer service. Definitely a go-to spot if you’re looking for quality beauty supplies and staff who genuinely know what they’re talking about.

This place has the worse and most horrible customer service I have ever experienced. I purchased well over $400 in product that I usually buy at other places but this time when I purchased a particular shampoo it did not have the smell I was used to. The fragrance was not there. I asked if they would return my money for this product or even exchange it then I was rudely ignored and they just turned around and left. This is the worse customer service I have experienced I strongly recommend and suggest that no-one ever buy anything from them. Please stay away from here.

Very good service from the employees, they helped me with all my questions, and I was very satisfied with the variety of products and good prices they have, because there are many supplies but not all of them have a variety of quality and good prices, I recommend it.

The store is great. I always get all my hair and nail supplies here. They give great prices too and have lots of special offers.

The place have a lot of products. The service is the problem. The young lady have a horrible attitude. I bought 2 gel nail polish set and other products. A week later I went to return or exchange a damage gel nail polish. The paint was extremely thick, unable to paint even a wall. She gets mad because of that and started to questioning me in an aggressive way. At the end she told me that the store have 2 signs advising "no returns allowed. I didn't see those signs when I purchased the product. Conclusion: never by in a store that exhibit a sign like this.
