Terrible costumer service today. They doesn't know how recommend a hair color, i ask for help and she just gave me a book to match a color and choose by my self, so she can continue talking to her coworker. Disappointed!

There are no prices on most of the items in the store. You have to rely on the employee to let you know the price. The employee was at the register the entire time and I understand it's for security purposes since the cameras are by the register but there should be another employee helping customers out if they have any questions which would help with increase in clientele and content with the clients.

Walked in this morning looking for a good hair color for my hair. I asked the guy sitting in the front on the computer if he can suggest a good brand and help me find a color to cover my disaster hair. He said at the end of isle are the color books. Mind you he didn’t even look up. I grabbed one and came to the frontto see if he could help me find a good color, he looked at me and said I can’t tell you what color you like or want and was just soooo f rude. I’ve been here many times before and there was always a very helpful lady to help me. This guy who continued to stay on the computer should really not be there. Seems he only wanted to stay seated and on computer like I was a bother. What’s happening to society no one wants to help but they want to make money. I give this place a zero fl

Do not buy any products of Salerm here, it gives tangles to your hair especially if you are Black and have coily and kinky here. The store doesn't allow return products, I spent a lot of money 🤑
