Pro Kutz Barbershop

2017: Pricing is good and the service is quick, but the one on one interaction is limited due to the volume of traffic. 2019: I have continuously used this place through my EAS and can say the the people are friendly and I have never gotten the "who the *** cut your hair" question. The barbers are both competent, friendly, and quick.

This barbershop is truly dedicated to customer needs/serivices. They ensure that each and every customer who walks in the door is treated with top-notch professionalism. What an amazing crew Pro Kutz currently have under new management.

Anyone that goes to this place stay away from a guy called Mac. This guy double charged my card. Charged me 16 bucks for a $7 hair cut. When I asked for the recipt the guy told me he didn’t have one for me and that was the price they charge everyone. I call over the phone to ask the price he mistakenly tells me the actual price 7 bucks. When I ask why he lied to me he said it was because he thought I was a civilian. He asked me while cutting my hair if I was in the military I told him I was and that my hair was long due to me being on reserve status and was now being put back on Active Duty hence why I wanted a fresh haircut. When I asked to speak to the supervisor he told me that he’d make things right and give me another haircut to make up for the double charge. I texted him and he ignor

Barber trying to tell me $10 to cut a fade and $5 to cut the top. Pro Kutz is far away from what it used to be, especially under new management. Do yourself a favor and spend $5 at Junes in Swansboro.

They give the best cuts in town! I go there every time I need my haircut and never leave disappointed. 10/10
