Avoid this place like the plague!!! First off, I booked a blowout, which is clearly stated on their website for $40 and they charged me $60. But the worst of it all is that I told the stylist that I was taking maternity pictures and showed her what I wanted for my hair (image on the left in the side by side), she then proceeded to not do that and gave me a toddlers in tiaras hairstyle that looked NOTHING as pictured (pictured on the right in the side by side) and that was so poorly done, a child could’ve done it with their eyes closed. Not to mention she completely fried my hair. I had to go home and completely wash and redo my own hair after getting scammed by this “salon”.

Worst hairdressers they have. I understand you want to hire old people and help them but you also need to understand how to cut hair. Went for my teenage boy haircut. Showed the old guy a specific haircut picture for reference and he did a different haircut. It is so very short, messy, and not even. My son was so upset. Never going to that place ever again. Attaching reference pics of what we wanted and what we got.

I always get my hair cut here, usually by whoever’s available, and it’s usually fine, though I sometimes have to ask twice to get it as short as I want. My daughter’s been there twice and left crying both times. Today she told them what she wanted and they didn’t listen and when she wasn’t happy and tried to explain to the hairdresser, instead of listening, the hairdresser just tried to justify what she did. They should be trying to do what’s asked, not trying to convince the customer to like whatever they happen to get.

This review is about the phone and lack of answering. Not good practice to have a voice prompt take calls and then leave you on infinite hold waiting for someone to pick your held call. Called somewhere else
