UPDATE: I reached out to the salon and the managers were very apologetic and accommodating and had me come in the same day I called and redid all of my nails. I really appreciate how kind they were and willing to help. Customer service is a 10/10! ——- Well the salon itself is nice but the service has been very disappointing. The first time I came here my dip powder manicure was decent but the 2nd time was not good at all. The nail tech, whose name I don’t know because she wasn’t wearing a tag, was very rough when using the electric nail file, nipping my skin several times causing me to jump. She left the foil with acetone on my nails for over 25 minutes when usually it only takes about 10 minutes. I got dip powder with gel color and chrome on top and my nails started peeling THE NEXT DAY.

Donna was amazing!!! Very clean, very welcoming staff, and they put a lot of time and effort into your nails. She gave me exactly what I wanted. Definitely coming back!

I am obsessed with my nails! This salon never disappoints. The staff is so friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere is calm and clean. Lili (I was hesitant to share her name) took her time and paid attention to every little detail. The shape, the color, the shine — everything is flawless! Definitely my new go-to spot!

Now that I found Fashion Nail Spa I will never go anywhere else!!! The salon is clean, the pricing is beyond fair, the service is top notch and the vibe is always so positive. Donna is best, a true nail artist. I bring her images that are really challenging and she always exceeds expectations. Even on the days I can’t get Donna, I have never had a disappointing experience. Maggie is also great at pedicures and chair massages. If you’re in the area or need to do an Amazon return at Kohls, stopping at Fashion Nails is a must! Even my husband likes the pedicures! You will thank me later :)
