I have been going to Pro Hair since before they moved out of Menlo Mall (where they were Unisex). I have NEVER had any kind of problems or issues. I always walk out with what I've asked for - even if it was a last minute change for my appointment from a keratin to a color due to my new job, like yesterday. After 4 years of dealing with giving me purple highlights and ends, I let my stylist, Donna, know that I had to go back to a "natural" color due to a new job. She collaborated with the other stylists and quickly found a way to make it happen. First two photos on the left below are the "before" pictures (after first chopping off a couple inches to make it easier, of course), the two photos on the right are the after.
