I’ve been coming to Jazzy Nails for almost 4 years now, and I can confidently say this place is amazing! The entire staff is always welcoming, friendly, and professional. My nail tech, Luz, is absolutely the best—she consistently does an incredible job every single time. I always leave with nails I love, and I get so many compliments on her work. I found Jazzy Nails late the night before my wedding after leaving another nail salon completely upset. The nails I received there were the complete opposite of what I had asked for, and what was supposed to be my big day nails quickly turned into my big nightmare nails. I previously left a positive review for this business, but after multiple experiences, I feel it’s important to share an update. While the salon gives the impression of being a friendly, family-run business, my visits have shown a lack of professionalism and customer service. During an appointment, I arrived just one minute after the grace period and was told I could not be serviced because the technician had personal plans. I completely understand that family is important, but professionalism and consistency in business are just as essential. The situation was handled with very little courtesy or understanding. So happy I found this place. I’ve been getting gel/hard gel manicures and pedicures here from Maria about once per month for the last six months. The level of quality and skill is night and day from the many places I’ve tried in our area. Maria’s manicures are perfection; the application is expert, and except for my own nail growth, my manicure itself pretty much looks exactly the same when I go to get them redone or filled weeks later!
