my husband went in to get a haircut. He has curly hair and asked the lady if she knows how to cut curly hair. She stated that she knows how to deal with curly hair and proceeded to cut his hair within 10 minutes. It usually takes 45 minutes to an hour to cut his hair. He told her he wanted about 1-2 inches off the top, the sides a little longer with a low fade and to only clean up the back. She then proceeded to not allow him to look in the mirror by keeping him away from it. She also wouldn’t let him see the back of his hair and kept moving the hand held mirror. His hair is completely messed up with the sides being uneven and way too short, the top is extremely short (no curl left) and the haircut isn’t blended. She also left him with a bald spot.

Worst experience! I would strongly recommend avoiding this location. There’s an older lady who works at the right corner of the store, usually wearing a black T-shirt, and she seemed extremely irritated for no clear reason. She handled the trimmer very roughly, back of my head still hurts. I tried telling her a couple of times that it was too rough, but she kept doing the same thing. On top of that, she completely messed up my haircut. Overall, a really frustrating experience, I definitely won’t be coming back

I was debating on even leaving a review, but I have to give warning. I’m sorry, but what is this?! Not only is it an uneven mess, but I asked for shoulder length or a bit longer. It’s so short that even if I wanted someone else to clean it up it’s too short to do so. This is going to take so long to fix this.

I had high hopes for my first visit, as I had read so many great reviews about your establishment. Unfortunately, my experience was anything but positive. When I arrived, I was greeted by Frankie, who checked me in and led me to her chair. I also mentioned that my hair tangles easily and had brushed it out and braided it beforehand. Carmen is the best ever! I used to pay $60-$70 for a haircut in downtown Dallas for years. She is better than they were dealing with my style. She’s the nicest, kindest, sweetheart of a person you’ll ever meet.
