Prism Med Spa

It took me 3 weeks to post this review as it has been that nerve wrecking. I came here to get a facial, a standard deep clarifying facial. I have been getting facials for years now, because it makes my skin feel clean and fresh— I do not have acne or previous blemishes. This time- I am left traumatized. The skin specialist started the extractions, and completely damaged my skin. She kept going at the same spot on my forehead to the point where I was bruised, skin peeled, and completely damaged. I had zero marks on my forehead when I walked in. After day 1, look at my forehead and after 3 weeks- look at what I am left with. It is embarrassing for me to step out. I have been asked if i burned my forehead because that’s how damaged it looks. I have already reached out to them and they offer

Kathy at Prism Med Spa was so lovely! She truly listened to all my skin concerns and came up with a personalized plan. I just finished my second treatment of Venus Viva RF micro needling and Venus Versa IPL laser and I see a massive improvement on my skin!!! It’s a game changer ladies! Also I’m obsessed with their full body massage chair! I usually stay way longer because it’s like getting a free deep tissue massage while enjoying a glass of wine. Since it’s a a chair I can do work while being massaged which was always why I couldn’t find time to go to a massage parlor being face down. Also I love the cryo room! I could go on forever, but just trust me and make a day out of it!

I’ve been coming to Prism med spa for 5 years. They offer the most advanced facial treatments that leave me feeling beautiful. Every staff member is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this spa as I’m sure anyone that visits would also have a wonderful experience.

Zara was very gentle and thorough with the facial. She explained everything as she was working on my face. She was professional and courteous throughout the entire process. She also mentioned that she does eyebrow shaping and tinting--to say the least she's my go to for both brows and facials. I look forward to trying new services here and will be recommending her to all my friends and family!

I have been a client at Prism since 2023 and each time I go there I leave feeling rejuvenated! My absolute favorite thing to do is going in their Cryotherapy machine. At first I was nervous considering how cold it was going to be but the way in which Prism turned the therapy into a dance party experience, with music and party lights, the time flew right by and my body never felt better once I got out! They know just what to do to make their clients feel safe, comfortable and also truly enjoy their time at the med spa. I would HIGHLY recommend any of their facial treatment options as well. I just did my first ever laser facial with intense pulse light and it completely transformed my skin. As a TV host I wouldn't trust any other place with my treatments.
