Princeton Nails

Never had an experience like this before. I scheduled an appointment for a gel manicure and pedicure, but everything felt extremely rushed. Two technicians were working on me at the same time. While doing the manicure, they were drying my fingernails on my body while continuing the pedicure. I was expected to lift my leg while the UV lamp was placed on my body to dry my fingernails. I was sweating the entire time and felt extremely uncomfortable. At one point, the UV lamp even fell into the water, and they continued the service anyway. The whole experience felt careless, unsafe, and very stressful instead of relaxing. Overall, it was a terrible experience

My technician was skilled and lovely, and gave me a solid pedicure & gel manicure. I received poor customer service from the gentleman working the desk, who when I walked in without an appointment said, "I suppose we can fit you in." Then pointed to the nails colors and what seat I should take. The next person who walked in without an appointment got a warm, "Of course we can fit you in." Unsettled and confused by the difference in treatment.

Came in as a walk in today, they took me right away :) got a manicure done with Lucy, she was so lovely and so patient with me also really gentle with my cuticles and nails! I recommend her :)

They took me as a walk-in pedicure on a Tuesday afternoon. My technician was Maggie and she was meticulous and really great all around. She took her time with each step, including the foot/calf massage part (which can often feel hurried). I also appreciated that she put my flip-flops on my feet before the polish, which actually makes more sense IMHO than trying to slide them into feet with wet toenails. FYI: They offer pedicure liners here by request too.

Just moved to the area and randomly chose Princeton Nails. Couldn’t be happier! From the time I walked in everyone was welcoming and friendly. I got a manicure and waxing. Both Technicians did an excellent job. Will be going back and recommend!!
