Princess Nails

I’ve been coming here for years and will continue to do so because their service and communication is fantastic, their prices are really fair and I’ve never had a single issue. Cindy and Nina’s work is 🔥🔥. They’re the sweetest. A lot of salons can feel a bit cliquey but I have never ever felt that way here. (In this pic my nails have grown out for about a week already so ignore that part).

So the first time I had Nina which is the last picture and she did a great job and my nails came out beautifully and I loved it. This time I came in hoping to have another great experience but I had another nail tech. I got in at 10am didn't get seated until 11 am fine I waited patiently the nail tech starts doing my nails and I can tell she's rushing through my nails. I asked for a cut down and I needed 4 nails fixed. I asked her to add more acrylic to match my previous nails on the new nails. She says she doesn't think she can do my nails and I should go wait again for someone else since she has an appointment and pretty much feels like she isn't giving me what I want. I told her that's unprofessional and all I asked for was extra acrylic on my new nails. Why must I leave with my nails h

Unprofessional! They will talk about you in their language then become aggressive. I told them from beginning I did not like my nails; they were all different sizes, too thick and rushed. My nails looked terrible and when I asked them to just take them off so I could go somewhere else, they called the cops on me. NEVER have I experienced something like this… please do not waste your time or money here.

Love princess nails. Nina is always so good doing my designs! I've also gotten serviced by Kim and Cindy with Mani and Pedi. Everyone is so nice and welcoming here

2 times I have them the benefit of the doubt. This last time they messed up so bad I asked them to remove them. Instead of being soaked off the woman ripped the Arctics off with a small tool and a spare nail tip. When asking if “It hurt” (clearly it did I was screaming out in pain) she giggled and found it amusing. She has left my hands in such severe pain I am icing them and ripped my nail beds in half.. my fingers are also swollen and bruised when I left I went to a new salon where I was told it would be dangerous to put a new set on until my nail beds heal. Thank you very much to this salon for not only ruining my nail beds but being the most unprofessional salon. It’s sad I used to love this place but now I plea you stay away!!! I won’t even mention how terrible my nails came out the l
