Phenomenal Salon

Let me first start off I only come when I need a hair cut. I booked an appointment with Danielle, but when I came she put me with her daughter. I feel that’s a little unprofessional, but it is what it is. My hair was I guess a little greasy because I go to the gym . I’ve came before to ask for a haircut with my hair not shampooed for a couple days . There’s a way to say things but to say. “ that my hair is dirty and go on a rant about how she doesn’t want her daughter touching my hair dirty and I’m About to dirty her clean supplies “ was absolutely professional. All she could of said was that to get an accurate and better haircut we need to wash your hair. I’ve just looked at other comments and I’ve seen this place has had comments about their customer service. Do not have a business if y

I just had my great grandson's hair braided by Treasure. She did a great job and she was very patient. Excellent customer service. I will be a repeat customer.

Phenomenals is AMAZING. I have natural hair and went to Danielle for a silk press and trim. She is friendly, efficient, and a 10/10 stylist. I felt included in my trim and was able to make decisions on my hair. The salon customer service is great. Easy parking and very clean.

The only place I go to get my hair done because LETTY my stylist is very knowledgeable and understands my hair type and knows exactly what I need and therefore my hair is growing accordingly! Thank you LETTY

When you have to unfriend your customers on social media and put out long rants in reference to them. Perhaps you should check your ATTITUDE. I had 3 generations of my family customer here for almost apprx 15 years. I really enjoyed the skill set of the stylist I used 85% of time. She could be a bit rough and very heavy handed when braiding sometimes. My chief complaint is her constant attitude and general unpleasant demeanor as if she was doing me a favor versus supplying me with a paid service. The toxic female energy banter that exist between the 2 female vets is not empowering at all, save that gossip for home. While I need not or want to be your friend, I'd like to leave feeling beautiful refreshed and relaxed. Not agitated, offended and have to wait for the afterglow to truly enj
