Princess Nail Supply

I’m not ordering anymore product from this company. I ordered DND gel duo polish and some bottles were half empty and some were so diluted that the polish separated on the nail. I called them and they would not do anything about it. I spent a lot of money and they have no warranty. They know exactly what they are doing. When a company has more bad reviews than good reviews, they should be worried.

It’s crazy you have to be licensed to buy simple polishes here they let me buy some polishes one day and I go in the next day for some more and all of a sudden they can’t sell to me.

I have ordered hundreds of dollars of product from this store and I often order ahead to keep a consistent stock of product (multiple bottles of a color or product to ensure I never run out). I ordered a bottle of base gel refill and when I opened it, I was almost completely solid and unusable. I contacted the company and they will not offer a replacement or exchange after 30 days. There is nothing that I could have done to this product to make it faulty. I am very disappointed in how they handled this situation.

This is the grocery store of nail supplies.I've been shopping at this store through 2 different owners and 2 different locations.Both owners and staff have always been so friendly and helpful.They offer pop up educational training with new product lines.

Decent sized store. Basic items/necessities are very hard to find. They don't carry everything that one would need though. The way the store is organized kind of doesn't make sense. However, they do carry all of the big brands that one would expect. When I visited, a lot of colors and/or products were out of stock. You DO need a license to shop at Princess.
