If i can give lower than a 1 star review i would. I had a really bad experience with them. At first i had the owner do my nails. He did them so bad. the acrylic was uneven and the french tip was super sloppy as you can see in the pic. He said someone else can fix it. He was doing it super rushed and didn't take the time to ask me if i liked it at all. When i went back in to tell them i didn't like it, they were not being accommodating and making me feel like it was my fault that i didn't tell them how i liked it as he was doing it. I asked for a partial refund and he didnt allow it. So when one of the other nail techs fixed it it was better but still looked too thick. As you can see in the picture. My mother and sister both come here for Light Concept nails. After trying for the first time today I completely understand why they wont go anywhere else. They are very professional and Sandy is amazing at what she does. My nails have never looked better, and they've never felt stronger. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for strong nails that look amazing do Light Concept with Sandy.

Not clean, never organized, SO MUCH DUST. If you ask for clean table - you're doomed! BE WEARY!

I have been coming here for years and have never had a bad experience. Mike has always done my nails and I always leave extremely satisfied. Throughout the years he has been doing them I have always gotten complimented on them. They also give amazing pedicures. The salon its self has a wonderful atmosphere.

I was very disappointed today at Princess Nails. I have been going there for a long time and after today I will never be returning. I spent $69 for my nails to not enjoy them and when I went back to the salon to have them fixed to my liking, I felt belittled and mistreated. I was told that if I wanted a different polish, I’d have to pay an ADDITIONAL $15. After the tech filed my nails, she wasn’t going to adjust my color that was on. Therefore, my gel would have came off within 5 days at least. I wasted $69 of my hard working money all to not even enjoy my nails. Not to mention I was laughed at when I was becoming upset when I stated “I might as well just go somewhere else then”. Very rude and disrespectful.
