Princess Nail Bar -Best Nail Salon at Brier Creek NC

I had my first session at Princess Nail Bar with Tahnee based on a recommendation and I have found my new nail technician! I went in with a vague idea of what I wanted (something I saw on a poster) and she was patient as we figured out exactly what it was and she made it happen. It was a wonderfully relaxing afternoon of mani and pedi and Tahnee was very precise and careful with her craft, which I appreciated. I have been nicked so many times in the past, a simple manicure can give me anxiety and have me tense, but this was a really great experience, and I love her calm demeanor as well. I look forward to my next session with Tahnee and highly recommend her.

Got my nails done two days ago, they’re chipping and the polish is not evenly spread. It would be nice to be accommodated in some way shape or form. ( went back and they were not willing to accommodate me, rather than redoing the work. I was given a paint job and a rush on my nails. WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE! I hope their business is shut down because the greed is unacceptable in today’s society ) this is not a week worth of nails. I am calling state board.

My fingers are sore. The nail tech at chair 10 squeezed every finger the entire service. Cut me with her file. She put my hand directly in front my face and is filing an inch from my face. What shape is this?. The shaping needs work. If you’re going to use, used files, you could at least make sure they are seasoned so they don’t cut the client.

I have had my powder dipped nails and pedicures done for several years at the Princess Nail Bar and have always been pleased with Kim and others who do pedicures! Kim is very kind, caring, experienced and punctual! I enjoy coming there for my services because I feel valued❣️

I came in prepared, with a photo of the exact nail art I wanted. Despite this, the technician, Kimberly, was unable to recreate the design. After several attempts, it was clear the technique and precision needed for the style were not there. The finished product was uneven and poorly executed, and it did not resemble the reference photo at all. What made the situation worse was the lack of problem-solving. I politely asked if another nail tech someone who has done my nails well in the past could assist or take over. That request was flatly denied, even though the work was clearly not coming out correctly.
