Clean environment & Great location Although, I would like to see better customer service and more patience w/ the clients (kids). My daughters hair came out cute, but our experience was a bit uncomfortable due to her stylist not having patience. I went to grab snacks & was informed by another mother who witnessed my child being told to “shut up” while getting her hair blow dried. After that I sat in front of my kid the rest of the appointment & I also witnessed Janeise not having much patience w/ my baby. Kids are going to cry maybe even holler due to tenderness. There needs to be a training on how to handle those type of clients being that it is a kids braiding salon.

I want to start by saying we have never had any issues with the stylist who normally does my daughter’s hair. She’s always professional and does great work. Unfortunately, she was unavailable this past Sunday, so we decided to try Ashley for the first time. My wife usually handles our daughter’s appointments, but this time I brought our daughter in myself, so it was my first personal experience at this salon. When I walked in with my two kids, no one greeted us. We sat for about five minutes before someone finally asked my daughter’s name. After I gave it, she simply said “okay” — no introduction, no acknowledgment that she was Ashley, and no communication that she was running behind while finishing another client. I took my 2 daughters here and let’s just say that only 1 walked out with her hair done. My 4YO definitely had a hard time but I was given the reason of the appointment time running over. Basically she had to be detangled, washed & dried which took someone 3 hours to do. It seemed as though the girls who were working just didn’t want to deal with her and the crying. However, to tell me to come back tomorrow after driving a long distance because they felt as though there was too much tension in her hair was an excuse. I would’ve felt better had they said “we just don’t want to do it”. Definitely won’t be back.

We stopped by here on Saturday inquiring about the services. Spoke with Dai and was informed that they do walk-ins on Sundays, and no appointment is needed. So today, we drive down going solely off the conversation I had with her. My daughter is 6 and has never been to a salon, so when I tell you she cried because when we walked in, I was asked did I have an appointment, told her, no and told her what was said to me the day before. I was then informed they don't have any stylist available. Didn't give a time frame, nothing. If you know you take walk-ins on Sundays, why not have stylists available if that's what you advertised. Truly disappointed, and now my child's hair isn't done for school. I should have been told to still make an appointment regardless if ya'll knew ya'll were g

IF I COULD GIVE 0 stars I would!!!!!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT BOOK WITH JANICE! She made my daughter scalp bleed and blamed it on my daughter. While my daughter was getting her hair done I seen her crying which ya know that what some kids do when they get their hair don’t but not mine! My daughter is not tender headed! My daughter was complaining to me that she’s pulling too hard, ok she was almost done so I let her finish, closer to the end of the style I walked over and saw my daughters hair was irritated and I ask JANICE is that blood? And she’s like no let me go get something to try to remove it, so she grabs a rag and starts rubbing my daughters scalp irritating even more and say “o i don’t know what that is” so instead of getting irritated in a kids hair salon I go home a
