Prince's Bay Hair Salon

This is the only salon I know that have the rudest individuals working there. The place is dirty and the workers hygiene worse. Have no clue about color. The fact that they are still open boggles me!!! Don't bother you get what you pay for, stay away save yourself aggravation! Will be calling board of health on them... It's a shame I couldn't give them any stars!

A definite blowout go to... their hair wash massage is so worth it never been disappointed by a blowout any one of them are good..... but I like Marco

I would give this place a 0 but since I cant I am giving it a 1. I recently visited this Hair Salon, and I must say it was one of the worst salon experiences I've ever had. From start to finish, everything was a disaster. Firstly, the staff was incredibly unprofessional. They watch TV while doing your hair and don't even have a sence of comuniation with you. THEY ALSO DONT TALK TO YOU AT ALL. The salon itself was dirty and disorganized. There was hair all over the floor, and the tools looked like they hadn't been cleaned in ages. This made me very uncomfortable and concerned about hygiene. The actual coloring process was a nightmare. The stylist appeared inexperienced and inattentive. She applied the dye unevenly, leaving patches of my natural hair color showing through. When I pointed th

They are extremely rude. I go here all the time, I give a nice tip, but I think today was my last. I walked in at 6:50, there website and store hours on the door say they close at 7:30, they refused service and said the person sitting in the chair was the last customer of the day. All I wanted was a wash and blow out. Every time I walk in this place there’s no hello, how are you, and it took me saying “Hi, I need a blowout” for anyone to even look at me. Very rude, very unprofessional. And I also see they deleted a lot of previous reviews both good and bad, very weird.

Unhygienic and dirty salon ever seen in my life. Not a good service and never go to this place.
