Primo's Barber Shop

They really horrible and rude. No customer service, and I waited 2 hours for a haircut it wasn’t packed at all. One barber came in with a crew and they all got in the chair and got cuts. I realize that if they don’t know u they will have u waiting. I been to plenty of barbershop and this is definitely one of the worst barbershop in the city. I really hope they changes things in there it’s definitely not good.

Hate to do this cause I spent over hour in the chair , I still tipped and appreciate the cut but it wasn’t good , plenty of spots not even shape up doesn’t even look done with blade , fade is uneven . Where I’m from even the new guy can do much better in half the time

I walked in for a 11 o clock appointment..no one greeted me or asked if they could help me, or if I had an appointment..I was given nasty looks..maybe because I was a female or an American...they were not friendly at all.

Always come here for my cut. I have a barber who I always go to here and I have his personal number. I usually call ahead and have the barber hold my place. The wait can be long if its busy and I recommend coming in early morning and on weekdays. The crew at this shop are good and friendly. Highly recommend!

Barbers are great at what they do but if you dont set up an appointment it is pointless going. Walk ins are there weak point. The barbers will go as far to not cut even if their client is 20 minutes late. They will just sit there. Just about every babrber does this
