When to get black color and I left with stains all over my face and ears. I understand that it happens with black but I feel that she didn't care to be careful, she also didn't even try to clean them. Plus I had to pay $20 dolar more because she blow dry my hair. I though that was part of the service .

Terrible experience!! 08-16-2025 I booked an appointment for 5 pm for a hairwash and blowdry. They called me couple of days ago and asked if I can come in at 4:30 pm. I said yes and showed up at 4:25 pm. An employee greeted me and walked me to the hairwash station. That part went well. Then I was asked to sit in a chair. She applied a keratin serum and asked me to wait 20 minutes. I waited 40 minutes and asked her how long. She then put the red light and informed it would be a few more minutes before they get started. 15-20 minutes later….still nothing!! When I asked how long it is going to take, she then said 20 more minutes to get started. That’s when I decided to leave. I said I would pay for the hairwash portion. They charged me $20 with no apology or whatsoever. I understand you ca

First time I’ve ever wanted to kms over how bad my haircut was but there’s a first for everything. Wasted time and LENGTH over someone not listening and having to suffer for it. Horrible experience forget the money I want my hair back. I’m beyond disgusted I left CRYING. Don’t bother reaching out they ignore communication as reflected by their “staff” and management.

I came here after some disappointing hair styling and hair coloring at a different high end salon and was absolutely stunned by Geraldine’s work on my curly hair. For someone with curly hair it’s hard to find places that can work with it but Geraldine did such an amazing job without me having to tell her, she knew what to do with it so that it framed my face well and so that no one place was bulky and heavy. Will definitely be coming back ! Prices are great too !

First time in this salon and walking in already looks so pretty and very classy! Greeted warmly once I walked in. My hair stylist name Jen is so nice and she introduced herself right away. She took the time to get to know me while doing my hair. She let me know right away realistically how my hair will turn out instead of sugar coating it or not saying thing at all which I really appreciate. My hair turned out great, I got so many compliments on my hair than I ever did before! Highly recommend coming to both of their locations! Thanks Jen and the ladies over there! ❤️
