She put me at ease and was super professional & approachable 🌟Pro Tip: if you’re concerned about pain, here’s a couple of good options: take an over the counter pain reliever medicine 💊 about half an hour before your appointment, THEN at your appointment use the topical numbing ointment 🧴 provided. 2) Your hair can’t scare Natalie. First time getting a wax done, got the Brazilian and underarms done. Never felt so smooth 🥰Natalie is so nice, professional, and made the whole experience not as bad as expected. Her spot is set up really cute and relaxing. I have no complaints at all! Definitely returning and recommend

TL;DR - 10/10, have recommended to a friend! So grateful to have found Natalie! She is so kind and makes you feel at ease. I’ve been going to her for a year and moved about 45 minutes away, I refuse to look for someone near me because of how amazing Natalie is. Her studio space is tidy and calming. For those who aren’t chatty during the appointments she has soft music playing in the background. I appreciate how she sanitizes as she works, she never double dips, and is willing to walk you through what’s going on if you’re unsure. She’s always on top of scheduling my next appointment which is super helpful. Being able to receive text updates/reminders ahead of time is perfect. Thank you Natalie!!!

I have been a regular with Natalie for over 5 years and have always had the most comfortable experience and cleanest wax. She creates the most calming atmosphere and is extremely professional at what she does. She is also very knowledgeable with sensitive skin and I never have any irritation or skin issues post wax. Best place to get waxed by far!
